Lactose Free Ghee


Potential benefits: stimulation of stomach acids to help with digestion, helps maintain/repair the stomach's mucosal lining, fats help prevent degeneration of skin/nerves/ brain cells, help the absorption of fat soluble vitamins, and high smoke point allows for cooking without easily burning and turning rancid.

Nutrients found in Ghee: short chain fatty acid Butyric acid, Linoleic acid, calcium, Beta- Carotene, Vitamin A (retinol), Vitamin D, Vitamin E, and Vitamin K.

Note: high in saturated fat and cholesterol.
